Nathan Vlassembrouck
Co-Founder
Nathan Vlassembrouck is service manager of an AI team within the public sector, where he leads the design and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions in environments subject to strong operational and regulatory constraints. He does not see AI as an end in itself, but as a tool serving a clearly identified need. Curious by nature and equipped with strong analytical capabilities, he quickly grasps the processes, the constraints and the stakes of a domain before identifying opportunities for improvement. Used to operating between business and technical worlds, he adapts his communication to each audience in order to make complex topics accessible and foster the shared understanding essential to the success of sustainable projects.
Lucas Pleckspaen is a senior analyst specialised in artificial intelligence applied to the public sector. There he designs and implements AI solutions in highly constrained environments, integrating advanced requirements in terms of security, regulatory compliance (AI Act) and data governance. His work notably covers the development of RAG and GraphRAG systems and of secure AI assistants connected to critical infrastructure. His background, combining entrepreneurship, management and technical expertise, lets him approach projects with a dual reading: technological and operational. He focuses on transforming complex challenges into concrete, reliable and durable solutions, aligned with business stakes.
